How do I get paid with Avon?

Well as an independent Avon representative, you don't get paid by the company but rather you make your earnings from the difference between the  discount you receive on the product and the amount that you sell it for.

You can also receive commission/bonus if you are in leadership, but I will leave this topic until the next post.

As a new Avon representative you get a discount of 25% on beauty and jewelry items, and 15% on non-beauty items.  As you build your order, you pay shipping the products.  When you go to your customers, you add up their orders, and charge tax + a processing fee (which is usually somewhere from .70 to $1.00 your choice).  Then when you collect all of the money, you pay Avon, and keep whatever you have left over. That is for your first 6 campaigns only, then it is adjusted after that to either, bronze, silver or gold level discounts depending on your sales volume.

If you would like to become an Avon Representative go to  www.avon.ca
and enter Lisa Maslyk 204 899 6782 as your sponsor anywhere in Canada.
